What is the quality of your hair?
All of our hairs is grade AAAAAAA (7A) quality and double drawn. Our hair does not shed, tangle or matt up, and we stand behind the quality of our hair.
How many OZ comes in a bundle?
3.5oz for the Brazilian, Malaysian and Indian hair.
How many bundles do I need to complete a full sew-in?
12”-16” needs 2 bundles, 18”-24” needs 3 bundles and 24”-30” needs 3 to 4 bundles.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final due to hygienic reasons. However, you may exchange hair your within 24 hours of order being placed.
How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
You will receive a tracking number in 5-7 business days from when your order was placed. You will receive your order in 7-10 business days from when your order was placed.
How long does the hair typically last?
The life span of our Virgin hair all depends on how you care for the hair. If you follow BGH Hair Tips with simple maintenance instructions you can extend the life of your hair and get increased value from longer use.
Can the hair be colored?
Yes it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.
What color does the hair come in?
Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors which is usually a dark brown color. We do not guarantee colors.
Can I cut the weft?
Our wefts are not meant to be cut, if you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so that hair will not shed at point of cut.
Will my hair wave up again after I straighten it?
Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously straighten you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.
What holidays and days do you all not ship on?
We do not ship on Sundays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday, Washington's birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
